We are investigating issues with Lasso 7 sites not being able to communicate with the MySQL server

Lasso 7 sites are now back online, communication problem with MySQL has been resolved.

12.30pm

We are aware that the xServe 195.177.192.177 is currently running slowly. This is due to emergency maintenance due to space issues. We aim to have the speed back to normal within 5 - 10 minutes

Just a quick note to state that we upgraded the Lasso on the 8.5 server to Lasso 8.5.5 and applied the latest security patches at the same time over the easter break so try to cure a strange issue with Bad Unix Errors reported on one hosted site.

We are putting the finishing touches to our new web site. Please be aware that we are moving all customer accounts over to a new system. Once the new system is live all orders must be done online, email orders will no longer be accepted.More on this to follow soon….. 

We are implementing the following maintenance windows on all servers. Note that this does not mean that your site will be offline during these windows, just that it could be offline for a few minutes at a time sometime during that window. Hope that make sense

Monday - Friday 11pm - 12am

Saturday & Sunday 8am - 10am

By introducing these windows we aim to have a time where customers are aware there could be a short downtime, ie where we install a software update etc… If you find these windows unacceptable please contact us saying why so we can address these concerns and where possible change them.
